FAQ
Questions about our services
What is the difference between consulting, implementation and development?
Consulting decides what to build and why: assessment, architecture and a roadmap. Development is the hands-on build of reports, apps or flows. Implementation covers the whole journey, from discovery and build through deployment, training and adoption.
Can you work with our existing Power Platform environment?
Yes. Many engagements start with reports, apps or flows that are already in use. We review what exists, then recommend whether to extend, fix or rebuild each part.
Which Microsoft licenses do we need?
It depends on who builds, who views and which connectors are used. For example, sharing Power BI content usually needs Pro or Premium Per User licensing or Premium capacity, and premium connectors in Power Apps and Power Automate need premium licenses. We confirm the licensing implications of a design before you commit to it.
Do you provide support after a project is delivered?
Yes. Ongoing support can cover fixes, monitoring of flows and data refreshes, performance tuning, enhancements and governance reviews.
Not sure where to start?
Describe the problem. We will map the right service.
Tell us which reports, approvals or manual steps are slowing you down, and we will recommend where to begin.
